Here's a recommended protocol: Solution Preparation: Dissolve one teaspoon of table salt in a glass of warm water. Ensure the water is comfortably warm, not hot. Rinsing Technique: Swish the salt water solution thoroughly in your mouth for approximately 30 seconds, ensuring it reaches all areas of your gums.
